The ribs are selected based on in-depth product knowledge: each cut, structure and width is carefully assessed.We only work with certified European meathouses that meet high quality and food safety standards and deliver constant product quality.
In addition, we carry out our own quality controls where grease distribution, tenderness, cut and uniformity are strictly controlled. Thanks to this targeted selection, we can advise on which rib is most suitable for the desired application. Whether it concerns grill, oven, slow cooking or sous-vide preparation, we provide a rib that performs optimally in preparation, taste and presentation.
